Handmade by skilled craftsmen, it's a timeless classic original bentwood chair manufactured by Fameg since 1881 in the original Thonet Brothers factory in Poland. Our black No 18 Bentwood Chairs are black stained, not black enamel. The black stained bentwoods show a small amount of wood grain through the seat, a feature that is very popular in Australia.
