Capable of holding up to 100mm deep GN containers, this servery topper is ideal for fast food restaurants, delis, supermarkets and more, giving you the chance to display fresh foods to your customers, while also keeping them chilled. Gastronorm pans are sold separately. This unit features an incredibly heavy duty compressor, which is effective at keeping the internal temperature down, even when ambient temperatures are up to 43°C.
