Where are you located?
We are an online based business and we do not have a physical showroom.
Do you sell Australia wide?
Yes! We sell and deliver to all locations in Australia, including metro and regional areas.
Are you open on weekends?
Our office is open from 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies depending on the product, supplier, partner warehouse and your location. Once your order has left the warehouse you will receive a shipping notification email. Please allow a few days after the notification for your order to arrive.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not return or exchange for change of mind.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Yes we do! Simply use our website to request a quote online or call our sales team on 1300 950 750 and we will be happy to help.
My products arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email an image of the damaged item(s) through to us with a description within 3 days of receiving the delivery and we will send you replacements.
Do you provide product warranty?
All our products come with a minimum 1 year warranty for manufacturing faults and defects – this does not include general wear and tear. Many of our products offer 2 year, 5 year and 10 year warranties. Additional warranty details are available online on the web page for individual items.
Can you do custom orders?
Yes. Please contact our sales team on 1300 950 750 & we will provide a quote for any special product needs or solutions you require.
What are your payment terms?
We require full payment prior to dispatch. If you don’t require your furniture within 7 days from invoice date, a 30% deposit is required, then full payment prior to dispatch.
What is the lead time from time of order?
If it's a stocked item, we will dispatch within 24 hours from receipt of payment. If items are not in stock, or are made to order, we will advise you of the lead time when you place an order.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched with the freight companies details and consignment number for tracking your delivery. If you choose to leave your phone number on the order form and want someone to call you prior to delivery, we can request that the delivery driver calls you, however we cannot guarantee this will happen.
